Return Policy

European Union customers

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your order.

To exercise this right, please notify us through [return link/email]. You must then return the items within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items may only be handled as necessary to inspect and try them on. They must be returned clean, unwashed and with all original tags and protective elements attached. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. Sealed items that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed.

Sale and promotional items benefit from the same statutory right of withdrawal.

Eligible refunds include the purchase price and standard outbound delivery costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may be withheld until we receive the returned items or proof of shipment.

Customers outside the European Union

We do not offer voluntary returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases shipped outside the European Union. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country or rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
